T-E-A Code of Ethics

In order that I may assist in maintaining the retail radio-electronics industry upon the highest possible level, thus insuring public confidence, I hereby subscribe to this code of ethics.

1.  I will conduct my business and myself in an honest and straightforward manner, meriting and inspiring the confidence of my customers.

2.  I will cooperate with the Better Business Bureau (if there be one in my community) and maintain an acceptable record.

3. I will assume responsibility for my customers’ property while it is in my care, and I will exercise all reasonable care in handling it.

4. 1 will furnish to each customer an itemized statement of services performed and parts replaced.

5. I will engage only in fair and ethical practices recommended and approved by the Texas Electronics Association as being conducive, to public confidence.
